These sessions are a perfect opportunity to boost your confidence in the open water, learn some skills and tactics to get you safely and efficiently through your first (or second, third, fourth etc...) triathlon.
Each seminar is 90 minutes long with limit of 10 participants per seminar to ensure maximum safety and attention to your skill and confidence development.
