25th Club Physical Whenuapai Half Marathon 2012 - The Westie Classic The Club Physical Whenuapai Half Marathon is a fun event for individual, group, or family participation - something for everyone around rural Whenuapai and Herald Island. The Club Physical Whenuapai Half Marathon celebrates its twenty-fifth anniversary by taking runners on a 21.1km journey starting from the Whenuapai School, through rural Whenuapai's gently undulating country roads, across the causeway, and around picturesque Herald Island. It then circumnavigates the RNZAF base and finishes back at the Whenuapai School. The 6K Fun Run & Walk and 10K Fun Run & Walk are also part of the event. Event Date: Sunday, 1st April 2012 Entries Close: Thursday, 22nd March 2012 Late Entries: Late entries will be taken on the day for all events at Whenuapai School from 6:30am. Entries will close 15 minutes before each event. Please enter early. There is a $10 surcharge for late entries (does not apply to the 6km fun run).
