Helpful Notes:	The SPEIGHTS West Coaster adventure run is back in 2009 and remains one of the toughest off-road / trail runs in the country. It is also unquestionably one of NZ's most scenic events too! PLEASE NOTE; WE HAVE A NEW START / FINISH EVENT BASE IN 2009. This is at the reserve at Bethells Beach. The SPEIGHTS West Coaster adventure run is an epic journey starting and finishing at Bethells Beach, and covering 42km of stunning tracks and trails in and around Auckland's scenic West Coast. Participants doing the 42km event can expect to be on the course for anywhere between 4.5 and 9 hours - this will be one tough day at the office! All event options are undeniably tough and are a step up in distance from the events in the 2009 XTERRA Auckland trail run series. Event options include; 42km+ - (individuals & teams) run only, start time 07.30am 28km - individual run, start time 09.00am 18km - individual, start time 11.00am 10km - individual, start time 12.00pm All events will start and finish on the reserve at Bethells Beach.
